Moon in Capricorn

The Moon is in its detriment in Capricorn which yields an awkward, more cold position for the Moon's energy. We are more withdrawn and restrained emotionally, and a little lower in mood. It's a sober Moon. The great thing about Capricorn is that we can take responsibility and things very seriously. It's a good time to initiate something long-term that requires serious dedication and devotion. Capricorn is great for strategising, planning and structuring your life. It's also quite a sensitive, private placement for the Moon, so it's not a time of overly expressive spontaneous feelings or going on romantic dates.
