We have a Full Moon in Gemini on 14th December 2016 at 12.06 am GMT. This Full Moon is at 22 degrees Gemini. This Full Moon will occur with the Sun in Sagittarius and the Moon in Gemini at 22 degrees.

This Full Moon is square to Chiron in Pisces, which is a reminder that any situation in which you feel nervous or uncomfortable, or just unsure, is also an opportunity for healing. Growth (and emotional/spiritual healing contributes to growth) most often happens when we’ve been pushed, squeezed or stretched a little.

This Full Moon is opposite Saturn and in square to Chiron in Pisces. This can bring up ancient issues around fear, and is ultimately about our fear of death – or our deeper issues around loss, grief, Oneness.

It reminds us that we have a sixth and seventh sense – our intuitive faculty and our spacial orientation. We can perceive reality and truths beyond our linear 3D world by just choosing to tune in. How are you being called out of your everyday reality into something more sentient, beyond the programming, into a new reality that reflects a higher truth?

Fear and separation lock us into corners and decide ahead of time fate and destiny. Nothing is written in stone – we are creator beings. When we believe we are at the mercy of life it takes the joy out of life, it takes away the autonomy to create and decide our own destiny, it keeps us confined to limiting belief systems that curtail our lives and keep us hopeless and resigned to a destiny that we have no say in.

We can step outside of the limited reality we sometimes find ourselves in. We can raise our frequency and see life from a higher perspective. We can choose to forgive and love, surrender and trust. We can heal the split between the physical and the spiritual realms.

We spend so much energy attempting to either hold things in place, make things happen, or resisting change from a small me position, that we forget that a much larger, more infinite Source lies within that can take care of things and go before us in the world.

Learning to listen to that Infinite Centre within, the peace, calm and stillness its eager to channel into us, especially in moments of unexpected change, that says we can trust the process, even if it seems to go against our small us plan.

In aligning with that Infinite Source within we begin to open up to the power of grace – the lessons begin to come through kindness and love, we get positive messages from the external world teaching us how to transform ourselves (or get back to our true Divine nature), rather than challenging ones that make us hopeless and despondent.

The Gemini Full Moon is sourcing us with a lighter, more flexible, less rigid approach or perspective. Everyone somewhere is too rigid, set in their ways, not willing to budge. Wherever you think you are right, is where you might be being asked to innovate and see with new eyes.

The best way to embrace a Gemini Full Moon is taking a new perspective, dropping the rigidity, the absolute knowing, the believing you are right or that you hold some kind of truth, and surrendering, being open to life surprising you.

If there’s anything to be fixed on right now, stick to there not being one true way, and that all viewpoints can inform and reflect a part of our internal reality. This less fixed approach transforms intimate relationships, work situations, intractable states. And sometimes it’s true that we need to wait for another to transform. Keep asking for the spiritual support, it will come.

It’s useful to think of life as a process, rather than a series of states. Gemini loves process. It loves to find flexible, adaptable ways to solve problems. It loves to look for the answers with curiosity and an inquisitive nature. It enjoys picking up the unexpected and running with it. It doesn’t like to confine it self, it prefers to think outside of the box.

Ask yourself what do you rule out of your life that might be calling you? What rules have you confined yourself to, that perhaps need to be broken occasionally or right now. Remember even that which we consider low vibrational can be exactly what we need to help us break free of a stale, stagnant and stuck state. Don’t think you know. Follow your senses, follow your guidance, don’t stay with your resistance for too long.

Before Christmas on 19th December, Mercury begins its retrograde. Mercury remains within 10º of Pluto from 6th – 28th December, bringing our awareness to the power of our words to hurt and heal. Our thoughts and words are especially powerful right now, for better or worse.

On Christmas day we have a bountiful Venus Jupiter aspect, it’s likely they’ll be a little too much on all levels, but it’s a helpful aspect so we should be able to stay somewhat within the limits.

On 26th December, there is a high energy, exact opposition between Jupiter and Uranus. This is an aspect of release, illumination, expansiveness and resolution. It actually repeats two more times in 2017 – on March 3rd and September 28th. With this, we are being asked to reach a balanced view (Jupiter in Libra) to enable a release into skilful action (Uranus in Aries).

Here’s some key dates to watch out for:

13th December: Full Moon (22º Gemini-Sagittarius) Super Moon
15th December: Sun squares 9/16 Lunar Eclipse (24º Pisces-Virgo)
19th December: Mercury Rx (15º Capricorn)
21st December: Solstice
24th December: Saturn trine Uranus (21º Sagittarius-Aries)
25th December: Venus trine Jupiter (21º Aquarius-Libra)
26th December: Jupiter opposite Uranus (21º Libra-Aries)

Have a wonderful Christmas and see you in the New Year!
