I work with people navigating complex layers of change—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, energetically, and somatically.

Some arrive mid-storm. Others arrive steady, but aware that something is rearranging beneath the surface.

It might look or feel like:

• Something falling apart, and the old tools no longer work

• A sense of being between clarity and confusion, movement and stillness

• Something shifting, but without language for it

• Emerging from a cocoon—or being pulled back into one

This work meets what’s true with precision and care. Some changes arrive quickly. Others unfold over time.

This work moves fast—because it’s precise. It meets what’s true, and helps it shift.

I support people to:

• Reconnect with what they feel

• Reclaim their own choices and direction

• See clearly what’s true and what’s not

• Come back into contact with what sustains them.

I draw from many resources: psychotherapy, astrology, Human Design, Soul Plan, Taoism, energy medicine, Divine Healing, Light work, shamanism and subtle awareness fieldwork—the method depends on the moment.
