This is a space for wherever you find yourself. 

I have 20 years working with people navigating complex layers of life experience: across spiritual, emotional, mental, energetic, somatic and physical aspects of life, sometimes distinctly and often in combination.

Some arrive mid-challenge or crisis. Others arrive aware that something requires their attention, though what that is remains unclear. For some, its just an interest or curiosity. Still others have a clear sense of where they want to begin.

It might look or feel like:

• A life situation is no longer working or falling a part

• Challenging relationship dynamics

• Facing decisions or uncertainty

• Dealing with difficult spiritual, emotional, mental or physical symptoms

• Being pulled in different directions at once

• Ongoing impact of past experiences or patterns that shape the present

• Loss of meaning, motivation or connection to oneself

I support people to:

• Reconnect with what they feel and their capacity for love 

• Reclaim their own choice, direction and authority

• Know what works for them, who they are, and what is true

• Restore contact with what supports and sustains them

I draw from many inner resources and modalities: psychotherapy, astrology, Human Design, Soul Plan, Taoism, energy medicine, Divine Healing, Light work, shamanism and subtle awareness fieldwork—the combination of methods depends on the moment.
