Virgo Full Moon – Find Your Rhythm – 12th March 2017

The Moon is full in Virgo at 2.57 pm on 12th March 2017. Virgo is about fertility and changing seasons, about growth and the change that comes with it. We are also in a time of year that’s close to spirit and fire, with the Sun about to move into Aries. Virgo energy is about sowing seeds, starting something new to grow and later reaping the results.

The end of this cycle, before the Sun moves into Pisces, we are at a time of completion, we are bringing up whatever is in the way of the soul’s evolution. Any paybacks that need to be completed now, any karma that needs to be healed. Karma is about cycles, it’s about patterns, its also about lessons. This is the week for it, before the Sun moves into a new cycle.

If we don’t do this, pick up the natural rhythm of this time and what is being asked of us, then we can easily fall into criticism or judgment, so if that does happen, pick up the evaluator in yourself, or the examiner within and evaluate and examine. Differentiate – with Virgo, what is yours and what isn’t.

Cycles are intimately connected to our aura, it is the seasonal flame in our aura, the third layer, its a quarterly cycle. The planetary cycles are in the five main cycles of our aura and if we want to be in our natural rhythm with our lives (the receiving and sharing out) we need to work with them. If we do not release, resolve and recalibrate our karma and what needs releasing during this time, it moves closer into our aura, further towards manifestation in our physical body through symptoms.

Pallas Athena is conjunct the Sun – an asteroid connected to the wisdom of the Divine Feminine. She was birthed from the head of Zeus (Jupiter connection) in full armour, she is a warrior Goddess. With Venus retrograde in Aries, we have yet another reflection of the warrior Goddess. But Venus in retrograde motion requires a re-evaluation our identity – Aries rules the first house, and so it’s a question of identity, its a question of deciding who you want to be.

Right now though, female energy or expression may feel unpredictable or even prone to conflict. We might feel like taking on a fight. But it’s more a case of the karma rising so it can be released. It won’t be an easy time during this Full Moon and the forthcoming two week, if we don’t pick up this natural cycle of closure.

Mercury in Pisces is square Saturn at this Full Moon brings a lot of expectation and demands to the forefront. We can be harsher and less considerate of others when we communicate with Saturn – he’s cold and doesn’t boast feelings. We can be hard on ourselves too, over the next few days. Our ability to be tactful might be out the window for the next few days, and then Mercury is in Aries, a direct, forthright position for the planet of communication. Again – look a bit deeper, what are the feelings underlying all this that need resolution, what’s the latent issue?

Mercury’s ruler is Virgo, which is Pisces opposite sign – this means it’s a time for going back and forth between the bigger picture and the smaller details. The positive side of Virgo is in its capacity for refining, editing and organisation. It’s a good time to make headway with projects, that’s if you can find the right balance between being clear on the details and keeping in mind the bigger picture without falling into criticism. We can practise moving between the two. Keep moving between the rhythm of what feels right and into the detail – choreograph your vision.

Mercury has just entered into Aries, the beginning of a new cycle for Mercury. Our speech might be more impulsive, direct and passionate. It’s a good time for getting our point across as clear as day as long as we keep feelings (our own and others) as top priority. It’s the fire energy of the east, it’s your warrior, it is your child spirit shield, pure fire, spirit and compassion. Spirit is in everything.

From 14th March, things get a little easier, with Mars makes a helpful trine to the Virgo North Node, this is a time to move into action. Although with the Sun making a conjunction with Chiron, we need again, to pay attention to how in tune with our natural rhythm. With an emphasis on Aries energy, there’s a tendency to push forward a little too much with the right foot, and ignore the natural rhythm of the left, which tells us precisely when to act.

On or around 17th, there’s a challenging Sun square Saturn, which forces us into taking responsibility, or dealing with limitations or boundaries. At this time, reality is what it is, our visions feel shrunk and we are forced to plant our feet firmly in the ground. Utilise this time to ground your projects and look at the reality of what you are facing. Don’t expect to be making headway around this time. It’s a time for coming back to the earth, back to your natural internal rhythm, and that of the earth and planets.

But the day after, Mercury meets Venus retrograde shortly after, marking a good time for kinder communication. Our heart’s can speak direct, kind words with care now. This is a good time for a meeting or reconciliation – with Venus retrograde.

On 20th March, when the Sun enters Aries and with it a new solar year, spring is now officially here. We will feel an even stronger push towards transformation and change. At this time, we can connect with our spirit, of being the light, the passion, the fire, our purity. Call forth seeing the glass full, the passion of life, the spirit that is, the I am the Light of Life, the affirmation of life. Find your design of energy. This passion can become love and conscious unless we get in the way. Call it forth, let this side of us see, have love and consciousness. The fire to create and destroy. You can feel the spirit in all things now, as spring bursts forth.

Our job is to fuel our flame and fuel it, through our intention, with the Sun’s movement into Aries. To bring the perfect intensity of our flame. It is our dance, and we need to learn how to step from the dance, the spirit, the light that we receive into being the choreographer, it’s our dharma of our dance of life, bringing forth our Divine Purpose to the world. It’s how we schedule our life.

If we don’t pay attention to the seasonal rhythms and our natural daily, monthly, seasonal rhythms, then we can choreograph something that is not alignment with our seasonal rhythm, and ultimately our Divine Soul Purpose. Paying attention to these cycles is at the heart, then we can come forward and design our life. It is our life force, the spirit, that we get to choreograph.

We need to learn the next steps in our dance. Where do we find the answer to our next step – come back to your natural rhythm – then you can design according to the inner rhythms and guidance from spirit. It is our choreographer that supports the rhythm, that pays attention to the design of energy, that the dance of life is joyful. The choreographer within sees the intent, focus and direction to bring it into the world, the visions into matter, into manifestation. It doesn’t hesitate, it goes into action.

This is where the cycle is now taking us – to understand the connection between the two. Come from your rhythm, and then you will get the right design, with the right time, right vision, and bring forth the right action.
