We have a New Moon in Virgo on 3rd September 2024 at 2.55 BST. The Sun aligns with the Moon every 29 days, and this one happens in the sign of Virgo.

Pluto has now retrograded back into Capricorn at 29 degrees. It’s only grazing into this final Capricorn degree and it’s the final visit into Capricorn so a time to clean up all old business. He will move on to Aquarius in November permanently.

This shift back into Capricorn brings a return to focus on our relationship with our family. It’s time to unpack what’s left and move on so we are free from the intensity of our relationships with parents and siblings and even extended family. Notice what opportunities arise over the next few months to give you an opening into deeper processing.

Neptune is also in the final degree of Neptune, in sextile to Pluto, while Uranus is at 27 degrees in Taurus, all together form harmonious aspects, but requiring a little work and creativity as they are sextiles. This is all very supportive for the healing process. If you have anything at 27-29 degrees in any sign, take it as an important cue to close chapters and move on.

There are many current astrological reminders to clean up old businesses. While not listed in the above top aspects, as they are more obscure, they are still very important. In early Capricorn there’s a cluster including Ceres and Pholus, which are in square to the Lunar Nodes.

This is again asking us to resolve old issues, emotional ties that bind between mothers and daughters, how we get our sustenance, anything involving food and use and abuse of alcohol or drugs. This is part of the purification process required so we can handle the energies coming in.

If our bodies, which are mainly made up of water, are stagnant without flow, then the e-motion within them will also be stagnant. It’s time to get your energy and blood flowing and your body moving. It’s time to purify.

Reconnecting ourselves with the earth element is also on the agenda, which might mean sorting out an allotment plot, or kitchen vegetable patch, whatever, but there is a call for us all to make this shift in some shape or guise.

Why is astrology highlighting this now? It may be because, in the coming years, we’ll likely need to quickly adopt more self-sustaining ways of providing for ourselves or, at the very least, reduce our sense of vulnerability when things truly start to unravel (which hasn’t fully happened yet). Being in survival mode is no fun. Start preparing now.

Perhaps more importantly though, with the promise of AI taking over the world in the next few years when Pluto moves permanently into Aquarius, and our human consciousness which is already disembodied and in the digital realm, we might need to regularly remind ourselves that there is ground and dirt out there. Trust me there’s nothing more grounding that digging in horse manure.

In a week, we will enter eclipses season, which will run into October. The next Full Moon is a partial eclipse. This, in addition to Pluto, Neptune, Uranus all in final degrees, ups the ante, and we can expect big things, points of no turning back, the emergence of the new, the disappearance of the old and the visibility of what was previously hidden.

It’s like an unstoppable wave, and for authorities in positions of power, with esoteric knowledge of what is coming, it is a scary prospect.

Eclipses change things forever, you cannot control their effect, they run on fate, karma or service levels. Regardless though, we can expect that many in power will attempt to control outcomes. As this has been the pattern for the past 2000 plus years, it’s time for reaching it’s pinnacle unfoldment is here, hopefully where it will be visible for all to see.

Back to our plebeian reality though, if there ever was a time to plant new seeds for health, grounding, organisation, service and getting clear on things, this is the time for it. Use this eclipse energy to start something you have been wanting to make happen for some time. Use it as a pivot point for future growth. You won’t need to go searching too far to work out what that is.

The past few weeks have been challenging in many ways. Some have been making headway, but only after huge intensity that pushed people to breaking point, allowing then for something more powerful – be it realisations, higher consciousness, awareness etc – to make itself known.

The increasing intensity of cosmic waves, documented by different sources, is very real. The Mayan calendar suggests that 21 August was a turning point where a new trecena (thirteen-day periods that influence processes on all levels of the universe) within the 8th wave started a rise in consciousness.

The 8th wave is still a ‘dualistic wave’ unlike the higher 9th wave, as it’s on the feminine (east) side. It’s initial activation was in 1999. But a further, less positive activation came in 2011, helping a rebalancing of the feminine with the reemergence of the Goddess tradition in the mainstream.

However it went into a descending period over the past few years, bringing that tradition to a bit of a halt, it’s been losing its momentum – in other words, it hasn’t had it’s time yet. The Goddess tradition is still in its infancy. Perhaps this shift will bring it into maturation.

The final unity/wholeness/oneness consciousness wave is the 9th wave, which is beyond the Goddess 8th wave. This was activated in 2011, not 2012 as the mainstream promoted. This is a quicker wave pattern on a monthly cycle, now always available to us, however the lower waves and where they are at are actually far more important to our consciousness shifts.

Anyway with this more positive recent activation in August is expected to bring a peak of light, offering a more stable platform for those seeking to advance to the unity consciousness of the 9th wave.

All these shifts, astrologically, galactically, cosmically, not forgetting the solar maximum/minimum effects, create subtle and sometimes intense genetic transformations within us, which are requiring a lot of realignment and rebalancing. It’s a time of transmutation and it’s not going away soon. This is why it is so important to purify at this time. The water element within us (at all it’s levels, not just emotional and physical) is requiring much work.

Some of you may well have experienced unusual tiredness, mood changes for no obvious reason even astrologically, as your body deals with all the internal changes going on. As our body’s cells reorientate and our genes mutate, activating dormant DNA aspects of our genes, we have access to higher levels of consciousness expression. This doesn’t mean thought that we can consistently apply those changes.

To be frank, these transitions in their more earnest sense, have only just begun, so we are just at the beginning of our evolutionary transformation. This transformation is thought to coincide with the passage of the galactic current sheet through our solar system, marking the beginning of a significant evolutionary phase.

The galactic current sheet is a large-scale, wave-like structure that exists within our galaxy, the Milky Way. It is composed of magnetic fields and charged particles (plasma) and spreads outward from the central plane of the galaxy, extending throughout the galactic disk. This sheet separates regions of opposite magnetic polarity and is similar in concept to the current sheets seen in solar systems, such as the heliospheric current sheet created by the Sun.

It is magnetic and plasma (electrically charged particles) in nature which influence the movement of cosmic rays and other particles within the galaxy. It has a wave-like, rippling pattern as it propagates outward from the galactic core. These ripples can pass through solar systems as the galaxy rotates.

When the galactic current sheet passes through our solar system, it can lead to an increase in cosmic energy, which may affect space weather, the Sun’s behaviour, and Earth’s magnetic field. This is sometimes associated with increased solar activity, magnetic storms, and potentially more significant cosmic influences on the Earth.

When ascension is viewed from this cosmic level, it seems quite ridiculous that any human could imagine being able to resist these forces. But inevitably human controlling forces will attempt this, since it’s part of the process of understanding our relationship to and with God consciousness.

In this process there will be collisions, within and around us, to accelerate spiritual growth that challenges us to surrender up old ways of being. This can feel isolating and difficult to process, since our small, limited thinking brain wants to get involved to find paths of safety and damage mitigation.

We can anticipate both new and recycled narratives, whether real or fabricated, along with more pandemics or other destabilising, chaotic events. These, coupled with extreme false flag operations, will likely be used to accelerate profitable wars. These actions represent desperate efforts by controlling forces to secure total ownership of everything, as it’s now the only way for them to sustain the current system.

They need to push through restrictions on freedom. This won’t be easy with the upcoming, unfolding Pluto in Aquarian energy as it offers both the potential for increased freedom. It brings in its polarisation Leo, part of the same spectrum, which supports us to become sovereign. Our individual and collective relationship to centralisation and decentralisation of power will be massively on the agenda.

But what’s more interesting, is that with Neptune moving into Aries in 2025, there will be a surge of many things. As it hits the Aries zero point along with Saturn, continuing into Aries, we will have a surge in interest rates, making it very difficult for the current financial system to be maintained. Of course, the financial system is on the brink anyway, it was always going to be with it’s debt foundations.

Those in power will undoubtedly be well-prepared, having anticipated these challenges for many years. However, what they may not have fully realised is that their control is merely an illusion – a perception that they can shape their own reality. This, in truth, is not a position of true power.

In truth, everyone on this planet is ultimately on the same side, whether they realize it or not, as there is only one side. The idea of opposing sides is what needs to evolve, though this very perception is being used against us. Perception has never been, and will never be, reality. This is the key insight we all need to move beyond. I believe this shift won’t begin until Neptune enters Aries and initiates its awakening process there.

Can you envision how that might unfold – how our understanding of opposing sides, like two sides of the same coin, could change as higher wisdom and reality begin to surface? It will be fascinating to see how we navigate the paradox of deliberate evil actions and intentions, while recognising they are all part of a larger, broader plan.

Much of this will be beyond our control, as all the forces are rapidly intensifying their efforts. To comprehend and follow the process, we’ll need to slow down internally. Even then, the sheer amount of information available, with other dimensions opening up, can feel overwhelming. It’s difficult to make sense of it all unless we receive ‘downloads’ or tap into our own intuitive channel.

For now and in the foreseeable future, depending on the individual roles we’re called to play, we will likely need to embrace and honor the perspective or dimension that resonates with us as our point of reference. This means we aren’t all here to reflect the same truth. Instead, many perspectives contribute to a larger, evolving truth – one that isn’t owned by any single person but is a part of all of us.

Somehow, each of us is like a tributary flowing into rivers that eventually reach the sea. If we can start to view our roles in this way – focusing on our own individual purpose, whatever that may be, while also honoring the unique roles of others – we might achieve a sense of collective harmony and coherence.

We are always moving and flowing along a spectrum (which is why the element of water is so vital within us now), but we are also being called to embody both the whole spectrum and the individual part. How we navigate and respond to this will determine whether our transformation is painful or graceful.

One of the most significant themes on this planet is the tension between polarisation and unity. If we can focus our work on this, we will be doing enough.
